Since 2002, Texas Association of School Boards has been offering the Texas Legal Protection Plan as part of their supplemental benefits options. From the beginning, it has been a popular option for employees. Participation has been steady with approximately 10% of employees enrolled in the plan. Feedback from participants is positive, mainly because finding a participating attorney is easy and the paperwork is minimal. The monthly cost for this benefit is very reasonable.

I have been a member of TLPP since 1992. When I joined Houston Metro in 2000, I wanted to provide affordable and quality legal insurance for my employees, so we started our plan with TLPP. I have personally used the plan for several life changing events, along with planning my will. I can count on TLPP for an excellent plan.
