For more information, click here to view our Summary of Services. How can I become a Participating Attorney?One way for attorneys to mitigate the effects of the economy is to join TLPP. Participating attorneys with TLPP benefit by quick payment of claims and expansion of their practice. TLPP has expanded our website to include the TLPP Attorney Finder, making it easier for Members to find practicing attorneys throughout the state. We have noticed growth in our Participating Attorney panel recently and are continuing to expand our need throughout the state of Texas. You must be a State Bar member in good standing, maintain professional liability coverage, and sign a contract with TLPP stating you will provide prompt, professional service to plan members.
