As a long time participant in the Legal Protection Plan, I’ve been amazed at how easy and inexpensive it is for me to keep my will up to date. Since 2002, Texas Association of School Boards has been offering the Texas Legal Protection Plan as part of their supplemental benefits options. From the beginning, it has been a popular option for employees. Participation has been steady with approximately 10% of employees enrolled in the plan. Feedback from participants is positive, mainly because finding a participating attorney is easy and the paperwork is minimal.
