Attorneys

TLPP’s members range from large companies to local associations, state agencies, municipalities, unions and educational institutions. Our members are located throughout the State and our network of Partipating Attorneys serves our entire membership, in both rural and urban areas. As an attorney, you may wish to expand your business and help more Texans. TLPP can help.

Benefits of becoming a Participating Attorney:

  • Qualified Members: Each member is educated through our Member Services Department and website about what to expect when working with a Participating Attorney.
  • Expanding your practice: Whether you are trying to grow your business or gain more exposure, TLPP provides many ways to be spotlighted.
  • State Bar of Texas: Become a Participating Attorney through the only plan created and endorsed by the State Bar of Texas.
  • Guaranteed Payment: Average turnaround time is 5-10 days for submitted and complete claim forms. Checks are issued on Friday. You can review the fee schedules and plan benefits in the Participating Attorney packet.
  • Free Advertising: Every Participating Attorney on our panel has the option of becoming the Featured Attorney of the Month on the TLPP home page, which gives our members direct access to information on you and your firm. Additionally, your contact information, areas of practice and hours of operation can be included within your listing on our TLPP Attorney Finder for members to view.
