Join TLPP

Any Texan may join the Texas Legal Protection Plan.   To join, simply complete and submit the appropriate membership application to TLPP by fax, email or mail.

Groups and State Agencies as well as TPEA members and employees must complete the Group/State Application (PDF).

Individuals not affiliated with an existing Group Member must complete an Individual Application (PDF).

If you are an Employer and interested in offering the Texas Legal Protection Plan to your staff please complete a New Group Employer Enrollment 2012

NOTE: Please be sure to complete and submit the most current TLPP Membership Application to avoid a delay in processing your membership.  Current applications reflect the currents rates and changes.
