Unfortunately no. TLPP is licensed as a group legal insurance plan and therefore can only offer the plan to groups of ten or more.

No, you can elect to use any licensed attorney to attend to your issue. If you elect to use a Non Participating Attorney, you pay the attorney directly and submit a claim to TLPP for reimbursement. The reimbursement amount will be based upon the indemnity schedule.

Finding a Participating Attorney is easy. The TLPP Attorney Finder allows you to find an attorney quickly and efficiently.

Our TLPP Attorney Finder renders the paper directory obsolete. The online searchable database allows Members to find an attorney that matches their search criteria. No more outdated directories floating all over Texas!

Yes! Legal issues discussed with any attorney (Participating and Non Participating) are covered by the Attorney – Client Privilege and are not disclosed to anyone.

Ask your Human Resources professional to contact us for additional information about offering TLPP or if you prefer, provide us with the appropriate contact information and we will contact them for you.

If you currently belong to an association or another type of group, chances are your association is already participating with TLPP and you would be eligible to join. If your association or agency is not currently participating with TLPP, we may be able to offer membership to your association. Please have a representative from the association contact us for eligibility. If you prefer, we will contact your association upon your request.

The attorney's time is paid in full. The only charges you are responsible for are the items excluded under the plan (filing fees, coping charges, etc).
