Martin Cirkiel is also a licensed social worker and early in his career was the Director of the Williamson County Mental Health Center, the predecessor of Bluebonnet MHMR. In that vein Mr. Cirkiel has a thriving practice in providing services to persons with special needs (and their families) in the educational environment, in the juvenile and criminal justice system and estate planning.

Biography: Mr. Cirkiel is an adjunct professor with the University of Texas School of Social Work, with the SMU Dispute Resolution Program and has taught issues regarding the Americans With Disabilities Act to member Judges of the Texas Municipal Court Education System.
