Reasa BallouFinance DirectorSeptember 2006 – Present Resea joined Texas Legal Protection Plan in September 2006. Prior to joining TLPP, She spent fourteen years with public accounting firms providing businesses with accounting, audit and tax services. Reasa is responsible for managing the organizations financial policies, accounting practices and maintenance of financial records. Reasa earned her Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from Georgia State University. She is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas and member of the Texas Society of CPA's.
Jocelyn M. PettyAdministrative and Member Services DirectorAugust 2007 – Present Jocelyn has been employed at TLPP since 2007 as the Administrative and Member Services Director and she serves as the Secretary of the TLPP Board. She supervises all of the Administrative, Member Services and Attorney Services Staff of TLPP. Jocelyn is responsible for the daily operations of the organization as well as ensuring that the benefits of the Plan are properly administered. Jocelyn has over thirteen years of experience in the human resources/staffing industry. She is a member of the Austin Human Resource Management Association (AHRMA), Society For Human Resource Management (SHRM) and American Prepaid Legal Services Institute (API). Jocelyn is currently working towards obtaining her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
Amy FredricksonMarketing DirectorMarch 2009 – Present Amy has over 12 years of experience in business development. Prior to joining Texas Legal Protection Plan in March 2009, she worked for such staffing firms as LK Jordan & Associates, Randstad and Robert Half International. During her tenure in the staffing industry, she held positions in sales management, recruiting, branch management, client development and vendor services management. She served as the Membership Chair for the Austin Contact Center Alliance from 2007-2008, and is an active member of the Austin Human Resources Management Association (AHRMA), Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), American Prepaid Legal Services Institute (API) and the Austin Chamber of Commerce. Amy attended the Conservatory of Theater Arts at Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri from 1990-1992. She is currently attending Columbia Southern University, where she is completing her Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. |
